We offer chicken eggs and grass-fed beef from a small homestead in central Tennessee. Raised in free-grazed pasture with fresh air and sunshine: natural energy is converted to nutrition.

Chickens free range and feed on organic kitchen scraps, yard insects and organic layer feed from KOFFI (and occasional non-GMO, soy-free, layer feed from either MPS or Tucker Mills.)

Cows graze on untreated grass/hay and occasional handfuls of organic grains. Animals drink rainwater or filtered municipal with supplemental vitamins and minerals.

Custom meat transaction is for sale of live animal only. All transactions completed prior to processing. Custom meat is for sole use of animal owner and not legal for sale or resale. Multiple parties may subdivide a live animal into quarters. We can suggest quality, local processors for delivery. All transactions adhere to state and fed law.
